Who is Equity Ideas
Equity Ideas started back in mid 2002. The original plan was to offer Financial Consulting services in Sydney as an extension of Amitech Pty Ltd T/A Equity Ideas in Melbourne (An industry recognised, eight year old, mortgage origination business). However, due to the rapid growth of both companies, Equity Ideas is now operating independently on a national basis and has become a member of the Equity Ideas Aggregation model, a Full Member of the Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA) and Full member of the Mortgage Industry Association of Australia (MIAA).
What does Equity Ideas Offer to Defence personnel
Equity Ideas specialises in Financial Services for the Australian Defence Community. Through our in-house expertise and our alliance partners, EI has the ability to provide our customers with a Complete Financial Solution. We cater for all types of people and business, from your mum and dad looking to help a family member get into their 1st home to financing a very complex 40 story high commercial development. At EI, we strive for excellence in everything that we do. We use advanced IT infrastructure to stay ahead of the game and value our relationships with customers and alliance partners. They include, Equity Ideas Aggregation, Australian College of Financial Services, ConnectSafe, WatchGuard Technologies, Trend Micro and TPG Broadband. The Managing Director and Finance Manager are Ex-Defence (RAN) and understand the commitment and restraints placed on Defence force personnel.

- Serving and retired members of the Defence Force and their families.
- Civilian employees of the Defence.

Step Two: Consultant Advice
One of our Client Services Managers will contact you for an appropriate time to meet. The Consultant will then determine the most appropriate Lending Facility to meet your current and Future needs.
Step Three: The Lenders Product
EI will find the best suited product from one of our 28 lenders to suit your financial position and requirements.
Step Four: Way Ahead from Here
The EI Client Services Manager will closely follow the process of your loan from beginning to end. There is one point of call for all of your inquiries.
Step Five: Review Your Situation
The Client Services Manager will verify that all of the requirements have been met and the loan process was handled to your satisfaction.
Step Six: Annual Service Guarantee
EI will contact you annually to review your current financial situation and to see how well everything is being handled by the Lender. The Annual Service Guarantee allows us to monitor our clients loans annually and liaise with them to ensure they have the most suitable product for their evolving needs. This provides our customers with the ongoing confidence that they are in good hands.
